Workplace conflicts and labor disputes

Mediation in workplace conflicts (which in the UK is called “workplace mediation”) aims to, at as early a stage as possible after a conflict has arisen in a workplace, deal with it with the help of a third party, i.e. a mediator. If one handles such a conflict at an early stage, one learns to increase the possibilities of avoiding, among other things, sick leave, burnout and production losses, as well as, in the long run, dismissals, dismissal and subsequent labor disputes.

Conflicts in a workplace are to a large extent a work environment issue, which the employer not only has an obligation to handle, but should reasonably have business economic incentives to handle as early and as optimally as possible.
